Shipping Policy
It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: USA: 5-8 business days; We currently do not ship outside the US. Please mind that the COVID-19 pandemic may cause shipping delays. Contact us for more information.
Returns Policy
We offer returns or exchanges for wrong or damaged items. If you change your mind after you place your order, you must contact us within 24 hours to cancel. This ensures the production can be stopped in time.
Returns can be made within 7 days at customer expense. There is an extension to 14 days for the holiday season until January 11th. Shipping, including labels, will be customer responsibility. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items, so please contact us immediately if this happens so we can make it right for you.
